The present invention relates to a composition for a water pipe of a triple-pipe structure. The structure comprises an inner layer (1), a middle layer (2), and an outer layer (3) sequentially disposed from the inside of a water pipe. Also, a component of the inner layer (1) and the outer layer (3) comprises a Teflon resin and a polyvinyl chloride resin, and a component of the middle layer (2) comprises a polyvinyl chloride resin and a polyurethane resin. Moreover, thickness ratios of the layers are designed to be inner layer (1) : middle layer (2) : outer layer (3) = 1 : 4 : 1 to absorb or withstand a strong soil pressure or a strong water pressure. Also, the present invention relates to a plastic pipe of a triple-pipe structure which has excellent mechanical strength and an excellent antibiotic property to supply tap water of excellent water quality, and can adjust the thickness of each layer to reduce manufacturing costs.
