A film separating apparatus is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the film separating apparatus separating a film from an object having the film and a substrate comprises: a transfer unit adsorbing one surface of the object and converting a horizontal state of the object into a vertical state of the object with respect to a floor surface; a first separation unit adsorbing the other surface of the object of the vertical state and receiving the object from the transfer unit; a second separation unit disposed to face the first separation unit and adsorbing the surface of the object; and a knife unit reciprocating toward an edge of the object and moved along the edge while accessing the edge.
