The present invention relates to a carbon fiber heating apparatus. The carbon fiber heating apparatus according to the present invention includes: a carbon fiber heating element inserted into a glass tube and connected to an external power applying line at both sides thereof; and a connecting unit for connecting the carbon fiber heating element to the power applying line. The carbon fiber heating element is formed in a cylindrical shape and is mesh type having a plurality of pore voids because a plurality of carbon yarns are weaved by weft yarns and warp yarns. The connecting unit is formed at one side thereof with an insert hole so as to be inserted therein with an end portion of the carbon fiber heating element and formed at an opposite side thereof with a conductive pin, and includes: a connecting plate connected to an end portion of the conductive pin; and an impact absorbing device connected to the connecting plate, connected to the external power applying line, and which is electrically conductive. Accordingly, a heat transition effect is 24% to 30% higher than existing far infrared rays and near infrared rays, and absorptance and wavelength effect are improved. In addition, an anion is generated and malodor is purified due to a nano-carbon material, and since the nano-carbon material is a non-pollution substance, the nano-carbon material is usable for an environmentally friendly material. Further, a heating element according to the present invention is 90 to 99% or more in heat efficiency, and the carbon fiber heating element possibly is approximately 30 to 35% in heat efficiency. Moreover, maximum absorptance is achieved with respect to water-soluble paint. |
