A urinary appliance to be used by a person with urinary incontinence comprising an undergarment body being defined by a first and second front panels, corresponding third and fourth back panels which are interconnected to said first and second front panels to form an upper waist-enclosing portion and pair of lower leg openings, a fly piece disposed at the upper portion of said first and second front panels, pockets provided on side portion of said undergarment body and a urine collection bag is provided within said pockets wherein said pockets are provided with elongated opening and further wherein said elongated opening is provided with a slide fastener. |
