摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that suppresses vibration leakage of a piezoelectric body into a holding case while holding the piezoelectric body to the holding case and reliably converts vibration of the piezoelectric body to drive of a driven body, and further to provide devices provided with the actuators.SOLUTION: An actuator includes: piezoelectric elements vibrating in a bending vibration mode; a driven body driven by vibration of contact sections of the piezoelectric elements; first and second holding sections for holding the piezoelectric elements; and a base having bias means for biasing the contact sections toward the driven body. The first holding section has first and second support sections disposed in directions intersecting with vibration surfaces of the piezoelectric elements and third and fourth support sections disposed opposite to the first and second support sections via the piezoelectric elements on the other of the piezoelectric elements. The second holding section has fifth and sixth support sections disposed in the directions intersecting with the vibration surfaces of the piezoelectric elements and seventh and eighth support sections disposed opposite to the fifth and sixth support sections via the piezoelectric elements on the other of the piezoelectric elements.
