PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation load on a doctor in creating a chart.SOLUTION: According to an electronic chart apparatus 20, when an image capturing button B4 is pressed on a chart screen G1 by using an operation section 22, a control section 21 associates a medical image received from a modality 10 with patient information of a patient of the chart screen G1 displayed on a display section 23, stores them in an image DB 263, switches display of the display section 23 to a chart/viewer screen G2, and displays the received medical image on the chart/viewer screen G2 together with electronic chart information of the patient. |
