PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a billing device whose cost can be reduced and to provide a vehicle charging system equipped with the billing device.SOLUTION: A billing device 30 is arranged separately from a vehicle charger 10 for charging a vehicle 2 by electric connection of a power supply unit 13 to an accumulator battery 3 loaded on the vehicle 2 via a charging cable C and performs processing for supplied money. The billing device 30 includes a charging control section 40 which is electrically connected to the vehicle charger 10 by two input control lines 60 and two output control lines 70, inputs a command signal from the vehicle charger 10 in accordance with combination of two potential difference levels given via the two input control lines 60, outputs a response signal to the vehicle charger 10 by the combination of the two potential difference levels given via the two output control lines 70 and returns the supplied money when a return lever 38 is operated until the vehicle charger 10 performs charging after the money is supplied. |
