A manufacturing apparatus 1 of three-dimensional net-like structure according to the invention includes: a nozzle 3 arranged to have a plurality of extrusion holes 31 that are arrayed to extrude and drop downward a thermoplastic synthetic resin in a molten state and thereby form a filament assembly 21 of a plurality of filaments 20; a pair of chutes 42a and 42b arranged across longitudinal faces 22a and 22b of the filament assembly 21 to have inclined surfaces 44a and 44b that are sloped toward the filament assembly 21 and opposed to each other across a distance S1 that is less than a short side length of the array of the extrusion holes 31; water supply ports 5 arranged to supply cooling water to the inclined surfaces 44a and 44b; and a pair of haul-off machines 6 configured to have endless belts 61a and 61b arranged to be in contact with the longitudinal faces 22a and 22b of the filament assembly 21 and haul off the filament assembly 21 and opposed to each other across a less distance than the distance between the pair of chutes 42a and 42b.
