A mobile information display cart 1 comprising a remote controlled electronic display screen 2 connected to conveyance means 3 by an extendable support which is configured to enable the screen to be extended away from the conveyance means 3 so as to increase the visibility of the screen 2. The extendable support comprises remote controlled actuation means, e.g. mechanical screw, to raise and lower the display screen 2. The cart 1 has, for example, casters (7, fig 5) which under a downward action of transit handle 6 project beyond feet (8) and lift the cart 1onto the casters (7) so that the cart 1 may be moved by the transit handle 6. Stabilizing may be provided by ballast, e.g. batteries, in the cart 1 or by at least one outrigger leg. Locking means may be provided by the outrigger legs and may be actuated by moving the handle 6 from a move position to a lock position. The cart 1 may comprise a central processing unit with wireless communication means and data collecting means. |
