According to one embodiment, a display device includes an imager and an image displayer. The imager images a first image of a first state of an eyelid of a viewer. The image displayer includes a light emitter and an optical unit. The light emitter emits light including image information. The optical unit includes a combiner. The light is incident on the optical unit. The combiner causes at least a portion of the light to be incident on an eyeball of the viewer. The image displayer modifies an incident direction of the portion of the light on the eyeball based on the first image imaged by the imager. |
