FIELD: car industry.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diversion of vehicles exhaust gases at bench tests conducted indoors. Inertial drum for winding of hoses comprises U-shaped housing. Drum is installed on bearings in side walls of housing. End of wound hose connected to fan is fastened in drum. At other end of hose gas-receiving nozzle and drive for winding hose on drum with hose fixation in required position are fixed. Drive is made as equalising balance-beam. Balancer consists of cam and vertical pneumatic spring installed on outer side of housing. Focal point of cam is rigidly fixed on drum axis. Spring rod is directed away from cam. On rod end rotating pulley is fixed. Pulley and cam are enveloped by rope. Cable passes through guide roller and wound on cam dyeing unwinding of hose. One end of rope is fixed on cam, and other is on outer side of housing after rope passing through pulley. Maximum and minimum dimensions of arms of cam are determined by formulas, found empirically for hoses different by weight.EFFECT: safe winding of hoses on inertial drum.5 cl, 2 dwg |
