PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power tool which inhibits a housing from being damaged by an impact force caused by falling while inhibiting enlargement of the housing.SOLUTION: A motor which drives a tool and a cooling fan 11 for cooling the motor are housed in a housing 2, and a rear suction port for taking in outer air is provided at the housing 2 so as to be positioned at the rear side of the cooling fan 11. An exhaust port 24 for exhausting the outer air taken in to the exterior of the housing is provided at the housing 2 so as to be positioned at an outer periphery of the cooling fan 11. A cover member 25 including a cover body 25A, in which a communication hole 25a communicating with the exterior is formed, and a filter part 25B provided at the communication hole 25a is attached to the exhaust port 24. The housing 2 includes: a housing body 12; and a tail cover 13 disposed at the rear side of the housing body 12. The cover member 25 is disposed between the housing body 12 and the tail cover 13. |
