PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device in which a fingerprint removal mode is used to shorten a printing time.SOLUTION: A time when a sheet is supplemented at a sheet storage part for storing printing sheets is detected so as to measure a lapsed time from the supplemented time. If the lapsed time from the supplemented time is shorter than or equal to a threshold value, when printing is performed on a sheet supplied from the sheet storage part, fixing by a fixing unit is performed before printing the sheet. On the other hand, if it exceeds the threshold value, control is performed so that the fixing is not performed. |
