PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a correction factor used for correcting an image to an image free from discomfort for a user.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus comprises: determination means for determining whether or not a person image exists in an image captured by an imaging device; measurement means for measuring the size or the contrast amount of the person image existing in an image captured by an imaging device when the determination means determines that a person image exists in an image; recognition means for recognizing the position of a person image in an image when the determination means determines that a person image exists in an image; generation means for generating the location information indicating the position of a person related to the person image from the imaging means, based on the position of the person image recognized by the recognition means and the size or the contrast amount of the person image measured by the measurement means; and determination means for determining the correction factor used for correcting an image captured by the imaging means based on the location information generated by the generation means. |
