PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire-to-substrate connector in which a fitting state is unlikely to be canceled even if an external force acts on a wire.SOLUTION: A wire-to-substrate connector 1 includes: a plug 3 attached to a wire 2; and a receptacle 5 packaged on a substrate 4. The plug 3 and the receptacle 5 are formed from metals. The wire-to-substrate connector 1 electrically connects the wire 2 to the substrate 4 by fitting the plug 3 with the receptacle 5. The plug 3 includes an insertion part 31. The insertion part 31 includes a main body plate 35 and an elastic piece 36 that is elastically supported on the main body plate 35 in a cantilever beam manner. The elastic piece 36 includes a free end portion 39. The receptacle 5 includes an accommodation part 11 into which the insertion part 31 of the plug 3 is inserted, and an engaged part 20. When the free end portion 39 is engaged into the engaged part 20 with elastic deformation of the elastic piece 36, the plug 3 is fitted with the receptacle 5. |
