A casing (11) has a suction port (11a) having an opening which faces a low-pressure-side bearing holder (65) as viewed in the axial direction of the casing (11). A filter member (30) in a cylindrical shape having a bottom is attached to the suction port (11a). A flange (32) of the filter member (30) is fixed by being retained between a peripheral portion of the suction port (11a) and a fixing lid (38). A bottom of the filter member (30) is fastened to the low-pressure-side bearing holder (65) via a reinforcing member (34) and with a fastening bolt (35). This configuration prevents the filter member (30) from being buckled and deformed when an external pressure is applied to the filter member (30).
