COMMUTATORLESS DC AXIAL FAN MOTOR

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to automate assembling process by containing any one of pin side or receiving side of a connector terminal for connecting DC power supply in one spoke. CONSTITUTION:A space 12 for containg a pin side connector 11 is provided on the inside of a spoke 31 for containing the lead of an axial fan and engaging parts for temporary holding are disposed on the opposite sides of the containing section. The lead wire containing spoke 31 is further provided with a connector supporting protrusion 18 so that stress is not exerted directly on the soldered part at the time of insertion of a receiving side connector 17. Furthermore, the lead wire containing spoke 31 is provided with a guide rail 19 for guiding insertion of the receiving side connector 17 at the time of joint of the pin side connector 11 and the receiving side connector 17. Thus inserted receiving side connector 17 and the lead wire 6 are contained, respectively, in the connector containing space 12 and the lead wire containing space 8 and press fit to a lead wire lead out port.
