According to an embodiment of the present invention, the touch window comprises: a cover substrate defining an effective area and a non-effective area; a printing layer arranged on the non-effective area; and an electrode base material arranged on the cover substrate. The electrode base material includes: an intermediate layer arranged on the cover substrate, and including a resin; a detecting electrode arranged on the intermediate layer; and a wiring electrode connected to the detecting electrode.
