FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for canned snacks. Method envisages preparation of recipe components: American artichoke and carrots are strained and finished, CO-extract of horseradish, CO-extract of currant, ground pumpkin seed extraction cake poured with potable water and maintained for swelling, listed components are mixed with salt, produced mixture is canned, sealed, and sterilized.EFFECT: method allows to reduce pumpkin seed smack in preserve while maintaining adhesion properties of manufactured target product.1 cl |
