The present invention relates to an intelligent script service system. A customer telephone is networked with a private exchanger through a public telephone network; the private exchanger is mutually connected to a voice interface of a voice guide solution server through a voice interface; a counselor client registers a necessary line in a manager page on a manager PC; the transmission of the necessary line is requested to the voice guide solution server; and the requested line is transmitted to the customer phone. At this time, the counselor telephone communicates with the customer telephone on the public telephone network. Therefore, the intelligent script service system can perform accurate information transmission. |
