The present invention relates to a waist belt and, more particularly, to a healthful far infrared radiation waist belt in which anion- and far infrared ray-emitting tourmalin, jade, germanium, titan, and silver are built into a liner part of the waist belt preventing trousers from falling down. The far infrared radiation waist belt according to the present invention includes: a belt-shaped belt main body surrounding a human waist and having a predetermined length; capsules provided at predetermined intervals on a surface of the belt main body, anion- and far infrared ray-emitting materials being built into the capsules; capsule fixing means for fixing the capsules to the belt main body; and buckle means provided in both end portions of the belt main body for fixing the belt main body to the human waist by being coupled with each other. |
