摘要 The present invention relates to a dissimilar metal bonding body using servo motor friction welding and a bonding method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a dissimilar metal bonding body with improved bonding strength and a bonding method thereof by controlling a number of rotation, a transfer distance, a transfer speed (friction time), a pressurization distance, a pressurization speed (upset pressure) or the like using the servo motor friction welding when bonding two types of bonding members composed of dissimilar metal. According to the present invention, the bonding method comprises: a first step of fixating a first bonding member and a second bonding member; a second step of enabling a contact surface of the first bonding member and the second bonding member to be frictionized; and a third step of bonding the first bonding member and the second bonding member.
