The present invention relates to a method for constructing a wooden structure such as a pavilion including: column structure members (10) wherein joining members (11) facing each other are formed on one side of an upper part; cross beams (20) having recesses (21) to be coupled to others and inserted into the joining member (11); an angle rafter (30) coming into contact with the upper part (10) into which the cross beam (20) is inserted, having a through-hole (31) at a position corresponding to the center of the column structure member (10), and forming a roof member; a coupling means (40) inserted through the through-hole (31). The method for constructing a wooden structure is capable of strengthening forces of coupling the column structure member (10), the cross beams (20), and the angle rafter (30) by forming holes in the cross beam (20) and the column structure member (10) at a position corresponding to the through-hole (31) and inserting the coupling means (40) into the holes via the through-hole (31).
