The present invention relates to a remote heating control system and method for remotely controlling heating using a smartphone. The remote heating control system comprises: an application which is loaded in a user terminal to remotely control the heating of an indoor boiler system; a wireless access device which is connected to the boiler system and performs the access to wireless internet to remotely control the boiler system; and a service providing server which identifies a user by receiving the terminal information of the user terminal when a remote control is requested from the application, and transmits data for controlling indoor heating to the boiler system through the wireless access device according to a set temperature that the user wants.
