The present invention relates to a mold for a laminated rubber-based seismic isolation device which protects a structure such as a building or a bridge from earthquake vibration and is used for the purpose of seismic isolation, and particularly, to a mold for a laminated rubber-based seismic isolation device which improves quality performance by minimizing a deviation of a curing temperature during manufacture of a seismic isolation device and is capable of easily transferring heat and maintaining the temperature. To this end, the mold for a laminated rubber-based seismic isolation device includes an upper plate (1), a lower plate (2) which is spaced apart from the upper plate (1) and disposed below the upper plate (1), a laminated rubber-based seismic isolation device (3) disposed between the upper and lower plates (1, 2), and an intermediate body (4) surrounding the seismic isolation device (3), wherein the intermediate body (4) is divided into 24 pieces and includes an inner mold (5) assembled in a cylindrical shape and coupled to the outside of the inner mold, and the upper and lower plates (1, 2) are coupled to the inner mold (5) and the outer cover (6) by means of a fixing pin (7).
