FIELD: biochemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly to transgenic plant, which has resistance to corn rootworms (Diabrotica spp.), containing DNA coding protein Cry34Ab1, DNA coding protein Cry35Ab1 and DNA coding protein Cry3Ba1, seeds and cell, as well as to method of slowing down development of resistance to proteins Cry34Ab1, Cry35Ab1 and Cry3Ba1 in corn rootworms using it. Also disclosed is plurality of plants on field, containing plurality of said transgenic plants and plants, which do not contain proteins Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) (non-Bt plants), and mixture of seeds comprising seeds of non-Bt plants and plurality of said seeds.
