PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of accurately conveying a sheet being pressed to a conveying roller reversely rotating to a starting position.SOLUTION: The device performs feeding processing (S12) and, from when a tip of a sheet is pressed to a second conveying roller (S13: Yes), starting processing in which the tip of the sheet reaches a starting position (S14-S16). Then, in the starting processing, the device performs a first control processing (S15) in which drive current whose magnitude depends on the number of pulse signals per unit time is input to a motor in a first half (S14: No) of the starting processing on the basis of an adjustment value stored in a nonvolatile and rewritable storage unit, and the device performs a second control processing (S16) in which the drive current is increased or decreased depending on a tip position of the sheet specified by the number of pulse signals and a target position depending on an elapsed time in a second half (S14: Yes) of the starting processing. |
