PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery element and a solar battery module capable of thinning finger electrodes by suppressing a cross section of the finger electrodes from increasing in size, and suppressing increase in the number of bus bar electrodes and thinning of the bus bar electrodes, thereby achieving excellent conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: Solar battery elements 10A, 10B include: a plurality of belt-shaped bus bar electrodes 11 arranged in parallel so as to traverse a semiconductor substrate 20; a plurality of linear finger electrodes arranged in parallel in a positional relationship crossing the bus bar electrodes 11; and auxiliary bus bar electrodes 13, 14 formed in a belt shape having a line width smaller than that of the bus bar electrodes 11 and configured to supply a light current collected from the finger electrodes to the bus bar electrodes 11. |
