Disclosed is a mesoscopic solar cell based on a perovskite light absorption material, comprising a conductive substrate, and a hole blocking layer, a mesoporous nanocrystalline layer, an insulation separation layer, and a mesoporous hole collecting layer that are sequentially stacked on the conductive substrate. The mesoporous nanocrystalline layer, the insulation separation layer, and the mesoporous hole collecting layer are all filled with perovskite semiconductor materials. Further disclosed is a preparation method thereof. A mesoscopic solar cell device in the present invention is prepared by using a full printing method. A perovskite nanocrystalline is used as an active light absorption material and a hole transmission layer is formed in the mesoporous insulation separation layer by using hole conduction property of the perovskite nanocrystalline, so that a hole is directly transmitted into the hole collecting layer and use of an organic P-type material is avoided. In addition, the hole collecting layer is made of cheap materials such as mesoporous carbon, the preparation technology of the solar cell device is effectively simplified, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and a good industrialization prospect is achieved. |
