System for managing digital identity

The method involves addressing, by a service provider, a request of an identity claim specifying attributes i.e. personal data of a digital identity of a user to be provided with corresponding certificates. The identity claim is built from the data relating to the digital identity stored in a mobile phone of the user by an active safety component residing in a subscriber identity module (SIM) card of the mobile phone near one or more identity providers accessible by Internet. The identity claim built by the active safety component is addressed to the service provider for acceptance. The identity providers are Google(RTM: Internet search engine) and Facebook(RTM: online social networking service).
