The invention relates to a method for measuring a dental situation (1) comprising a plurality of implants (2, 3, 4, 5) and/or preparations for inserting dental restorations. Using a first measuring method, a first region (13) of the dental situation (1) is initially recorded while first measurement data are generated. The first region (13) is selected to comprise at least two implants (2, 3, 4, 5) and/or preparations. Subsequently, object regions (17, 18, 19, 20) surrounding the implants (2, 3, 4, 5) and/or the preparations are established, and, while using a second measuring method, the established object regions (17, 18, 19, 20) are detected, and second measurement data are generated. The second measuring method is more precise than the first measuring method. |
