The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nano sensor transducer, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a nano sensor transducer and a biosensor comprising the same which immobilize a receptor which specifically binds to a biological contamination factor causing an allergy to detect the biological contamination factor in real time. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a nano sensor transducer can manufacture a biosensor for detecting a biological contamination factor causing an allergy in indoor and outdoor air in real time without a preprocessing process, and specifically detect a target material even if a plurality of contamination sources are mixed. Also, a plurality of different receptors can be immobilized to integrate manufactured biosensors to effectively design an integrated detection system which simultaneously detects a plurality of contamination sources. |
