A fuel gas supply system in a ship is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel gas supply system in a ship comprises: a storage tank accommodating fuel gas composed of liquefied gas and evaporated gas; a liquefied gas supply line evaporating the liquefied gas to be supplied to an engine; an evaporated gas supply line compressing the evaporated gas to be supplied to the engine; and a methane number control unit having a buffer tank which stores a portion of the evaporated gas so as to supply fuel gas by being suitable for a condition methane number of the fuel gas which the engine requires.
