The present invention relates to a transfer vehicle for a solar panel assembly, which is installed in a main cable to suspend a solar panel assembly where a solar panel is simply assembled in a module frame on the main cable to be installed, and a construction method of a solar panel assembly using the same. The transfer vehicle for a solar panel assembly comprises: a box frame which is extended according to the interval between main cables laterally separated from each other and of which the top manufactured to enable a worker to board is open; and a roller moving device which is installed to be placed on the top surface of the main cables and has a roller set to be connected to the top of the box frame, wherein the box frame is moved when the roller is moved along the main cables. Therefore, the present invention enables the rapid and stable installation of the solar panel assembly.
