The present invention relates to a double auger device for ground improvement, a ground improvement method, and a pile construction method for enhancing horizontal bearing capacity using the same. The double auger device for ground improvement comprises: an outer auger; an outer rod which is connected to the outer auger; an outer auger head which is coupled to the outer surface of the bottom of the outer rod; multiple outer stirring blades which are coupled to the outer surface of the outer rod; one or more outer hardener injection pipes which are formed in the outer rod to inject a hardener; an inner auger which is installed on the inner side of the outer auger; an inner rod which is inserted into the hollow of the outer auger to be vertically moved; an inner auger head which is coupled to the bottom of the inner rod; multiple inner stirring blades which are coupled to the outer surface of the inner rod; and one or more inner hardener injection pipes which are formed in the inner rod to inject a hardener. Thus, the present invention efficiently improves the soft ground by allowing the outer and inner rods to improve the soft ground at depths different from each other.
