摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient extrusion granulation method for making granules with a high content of food product fat.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing granules includes extrusion granulating and drying a mixture which contains 5 to 20 mass parts of water and 10 to 30 mass parts of food product fat relative to 100 mass parts of solid content. The mixture contains 1 to 15 mass parts of cellulose having a bulk density of 0.1 to 0.45 g/cmin 100 mass parts of solid content of the mixture.
