PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation method of an existing pipe by winding spirally a long strip on the inside of the existing pipe, connecting the adjacent strip portions to form a helix tube, and injecting a back-fill material between the helix tube and the existing pipe, which can prevent leakage of water to the outer diameter side of the helix tube even if flowing water in the helix tube enters the fitting part between adjacent portions of the strip.SOLUTION: In the spirally winding process of the strip 51 inside the existing pipe, the adjacent portions of the strip 51 are connected by fitting a ridge provided on one side in the width direction on the outer surface of the strip 51, to a groove provided on the other side in the width direction on the outer surface in a region adjacent to the ridge in the winding direction. Holes passing through the strip 51 in the thickness direction are formed in the fitting portions of winding-start side and winding-end side of the helix tube 5, and water sealing portions are formed by filling the holes with a sealing material. |
