PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented multilayer polypropylene film having excellent transparency, showing a small change of antistatic properties by humidity, having excellent antistatic properties even at a low humidity, and exhibiting excellent retention of antistatic effects.SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented multilayer film comprises a biaxially oriented film layer (I) comprising an antistatic resin composition including a polymeric antistatic agent (A) and a propylene polymer (B) and a layer (II) comprising a propylene polymer (C), in which the biaxially oriented film layer (I) is not positioned in the uppermost surface of the laminated film. A block polymer (A1) having a polymer block (a) such as a polyolefin (a1) and a hydrophilic polymer block (b) is preferred as the polymeric antistatic agent (A). |
