PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type vibration proof device capable of achieving stable control without using an acceleration sensor.SOLUTION: An active type vibration proof device includes: an electromagnetic actuator 1 including an inertia mass 21; and a vibration detection means for detecting relative vibration between a coil 22 of the electromagnetic actuator 1 and a magnet 23 from a voltage applied to the actuator, a current passing through the actuator, and an impedance of the coil. The device uses a transfer function between a displacement Xo of the inertia mass and a displacement Xof a vibration proof object structure as the following control law, and causes the actuator to produce control force based on characteristics computed by the control law: Xo/X=sK/mo (s+&egr;)(s+&egr;), wherein, mo=mass of the actuator, K= feedback gain, &egr;and &egr;are tuning parameters. |
