PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of electrode, and a method of manufacturing an electrode which allow for correction of warpage of an electrode while reducing the internal stress.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 10 of an electrode 11 having an active material layer 11c containing an active material in a strip metal foil 11b includes a correction mechanism 14 having a second guide roll 15b for deflecting the electrode 11, under normal temperature, in a direction opposite from the warpage of the electrode 11 in the longitudinal direction, and correcting the warpage, a high temperature tank 17 provided on the downstream side of the correction mechanism 14 in the transport direction Y1 of the electrode 11, and heating the electrode 11 in flat state, and a molding mechanism 19 provided on the immediately downstream side of the high temperature tank 17 in the transport direction Y1, and punching the electrode 11. |
