FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method involves incising skin and subcutaneous fat, extracting and processing hernia sac, detecting hernia defect edges, forming a bed preperitoneally or axillary with arrangement and fixation therein of a synthetic mesh prosthesis, suturing leaves of aponeurosis, closing subcutaneous fat and skin leaving tubular drainage. Mesh prosthesis is formed from a rectangular mesh prosthesis, making incisions from two opposite edges towards each other with cutting out strips, which are passed through muscular-aponeurotic structures of approached edges of hernial orifice from inside to outside with subsequent fixation of end of each strip. End of each strip is fixed to aponeurosis of opposite edge of hernia defect. Additionally, strips are sutured to aponeurosis of side of hernia defect. Strips are sutured to both edges of sutured leaves of aponeurosis with continuous nonabsorbable suture, which sutures leaves of aponeurosis. Strips are sutured to aponeurosis of opposite edge of hernia defect or to both sutured leaves of aponeurosis with absorbable sutures.EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of pain in places of passage of strips of prosthesis through muscular-aponeurotic structures.1 cl, 6 dwg |
