PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing technique capable of simply and quickly transfer a value between media such as an electronic money card and a mobile phone storing a value of electronic money.SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 which communicates with a server 2 that generates an addition instruction of a value comprises: a transfer destination determination unit 103 for determining one of communication-enabled electronic money cards 3 situated in the vicinity to be a transfer destination value storage device; a transfer source determination unit 104 for determining one of the communication-enabled electronic money cards 3 situated in the vicinity to be a transfer source value storage device; a subtraction instruction transmission unit 106 for transmitting a subtraction instruction of a value to the transfer source value storage device; a subtraction result transmission unit 107 for transmitting subtraction result information related to the execution result of the subtraction instruction to the server 2; and an addition instruction transmission unit 109 for transmitting an addition instruction to the transfer destination value storage device if the addition instruction of a value is received from the server 2. |
