PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate that has excellent heat resistance and transparency, in which transparency is not damaged even when an end material or the like is recycled, and that is suitable for food packaging application, and a container comprising the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate comprises a layer(A), a layer (B) and a layer (C) laminated in this order. A thickness ratio of the layer(B)/the layer (C) is 2/98-25/75. The layer (A) is a layer that includes a terephthalic acid derived unit and ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol derived units as a main constituent unit, and comprises a polyester resin in which a glass transformation temperature is 45-90°C, the layer (B) is a layer that includes 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid derived unit and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol derived unit as a main constituent unit, and comprises an alicyclic polyester-based resin in which a melting point is 160-240°C, and the layer (C) is a layer that comprises an aromatic polycarbonate resin. |
