PURPOSE:To physically express a static three-dimensional from and a dynami cally changing three-dimensional form by providing a driving means which interlocks plural bar-shaped members, which are extended outward from a reference face, in directions of their axial lines and controlling the driving means based on expression data of a three-dimensional form. CONSTITUTION:Plural holes 16 which pierce an upper plate 14 of a base 12 are provided in the thickness direction, and bar-shaped members 20 are inserted through respective holes 16. A control means 32 calculats controlled variables such as the extent and the speed of movement corresponding to each bar-shaped member 20 based on expression data indicating expression contents of the three- dimensional form and uses a control signal indicating the controlled variable to control a small-sized servo motor 26, and each bar-shaped member 20 is moved while rotating and is held in the position where its dimensions of projec tion from a reference face 18 are equal to the controlled variable of the control signal. Thus, the static three-dimensional form and the dynamically changing three-dimensional form are physically expressed. |
