The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) fluorescent lamp. The LED fluorescent lamp comprises: an LED fluorescent lamp main body having a casing with a light penetrating portion on at least a portion of an outer surface thereof, wherein a substrate on which plurality of LED modules are mounted is installed in the casing, and a pair of terminal pins, which are coupled with a power supply socket, protrude from both ends of the casing; and an irradiation direction changing means which changes a direction of light which is emitted from the LED modules provided in the LED fluorescent lamp main body. Since an irradiation direction of light emitted from the LED modules can be changed while the LED fluorescent lamp is installed on a wall or a ceiling, it is possible for a user to change the irradiation direction of light to a desired direction freely and easily. An irradiation angle range of the emitted light is smaller than that of a conventional fluorescent lamp. Furthermore, since light distribution similar to a conventional fluorescent lamp can be obtained by adjusting an angle of a light emitting unit according to an installation position of the LED fluorescent lamp, which does not use reflection from a lampshade, the LED fluorescent lamp can replace conventional fluorescent lamps while minimizing the sense of difference on the light distribution. |
