A fuel gas supply system in a ship is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel gas supply system in a ship comprises: a storage tank accommodating fuel gas composed of liquefied gas and evaporated gas; a liquefied gas supply line supplying the liquefied gas of the storage tank to an engine; an evaporated gas supply line supplying the evaporated gas of the storage tank to an engine; and a methane number control unit injecting evaporated gas passing through an evaporated gas supply line to the liquefied gas of the storage tank and spraying liquefied gas passing through a liquefied gas supply line to the evaporated gas of the storage tank to be mixed.
