The present invention relates to an all solid battery and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to an all solid battery which can easily design a negative electrode by producing a negative electrode in a wetting process through using a metal material, which is a negative electrode active material, in a powder form, not using the metal material in a conventional sheet form or a conventional foil form and can increase energy density and power performance by increasing an interfacial area of a solid electrolyte layer and the negative electrode and a reaction area inside the negative electrode, and to a producing method thereof.
