The present invention relates to a rubber ring insertion apparatus. The rubber ring insertion apparatus comprises: a worktable on which a connector for joining pipes having a connection pipe is placed; a plurality of holders arranged on the worktable with adjustable positions, and provided with a fixating groove to hold an end of the connection pipe of the connector for joining the pipes; an insertion guide unit formed on the inner side of the end of the connection pipe of the connector for joining the pipes fixated on a holder side, in order to guide insertion in a reduced state of a ring circumference of a sealing rubber ring; and a ring insertion unit formed to push and insert the sealing rubber ring into the end of the connector for joining the pipes through the insertion guide unit.
