FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: industrial installation for hot recycling asphalt mixtures comprises portable unit installed on support structure bins for dosing RAP (recycled asphalt coating) and primary stone material containing gear motors with frequency converter for transmitting signal of flow transmitter to control panel, which records it. Under bins is belt conveyor to feed material into rotary cylinder containing industrial burner with open flame, used for indirect heat energy transfer RAP and primary stone material. Installation contains reservoir for storage of enriched polymers recycled asphalt agent which is dosed using volumetric gear pump at pipe towards rotating cylinder at output of which is temperature sensor which transmits to control panel signal indicator temperature recycled asphalt mixture; lifting system recycled asphalt mixture for movement of mixture into accumulator; extractor for discharge of gaseous combustion products of the burner; fuel storage tank, used in industrial burner; and weighing batcher at input of rotating cylinder.EFFECT: described is an industrial installation for hot recycling asphalt mixtures.8 cl, 3 dwg |
