FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: combined surgical method of treating with intraoperative intra-arterial chemotherapy. During surgical intervention Piver type III at stage of crossing infundibular-pelvic and round uterine ligaments on both sides, retroperitoneal space iliac regions are opened. Exposing and taking on inner iliac artery ligature. On both sides of inner iliac artery is ligated below origin of common iliac artery two ligatures and simultaneously in both distal sections of tied vessels, taken on additional ligatures, bolus slowly with underlying excessive hydration and forced diuresis 25 mg of cisplatin is introduced. After removal of needles provisional ligatures are fastened to prevent reverse blood flow from arteries. Exposure of transport cytostatic is 20 minutes, then surgical intervention is performed at common plan.EFFECT: method improves general and free survival, prevents haematogenous metastasis tumour during a surgical intervention, reduces number of loco-regional recurrences, reduces rate of developing side toxic responses chemotherapy without increasing number of perioperative complications.1 cl, 1 ex |
